Old Vine Zinfandel

Superb red. Wonderful thick berry flavor but with a touch of eucalyptus or anise.

Good Zinfandel from H-E-B. A little heavier, could almost pass as a cab.

Nice and rich, not too heavy

Quite bad actually. Thought the pros had rated it a 9 when I bought it, but the app was rating the Cab and I bought the zin. Hope to not make that mistake again.

Really nice. Had with home smoked ribs meal and an perfect combination even in East Texas. Closer to a Pilot Nior than a Zin.

Oaky and round full bodied. Not a light so but a full bodied tobacco saturated drink. Nice. Tannin finish. Very serious.

I started this with a blue corn ship / salsa hors d'oeuvre, an unexpected, yet surprisingly delicioso pairing that made me exclaim "le ole!" This is a good bang for your buck right here.
