Salty tasty acid bomb. 🤗

Excellent sem value

Thought it was very subtle and nicely balanced. Expressed semillon in a beautiful way, yet a bit fallen on the finish.

Rounder and more open. Ok.

Delicious salty grapefruit.

Zesty acidity. Good to have in the salad-pairing repertoire.

Subtle presence with some nice acidity up front.

Flinty in the nose with underlying green apple and jasmine.
Initial sweet sour notes with lime linger in the finish.

Clean aromatic nose, perfect white to start the night with.....owner says these can age for decades.

Crisp with elegant richness. .
