Estate Grown Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Elegant wine with cassis, blackberry, violet, a touch of smoky oak underneath. Beautiful texture with silky tannins ushering in a long finish. Lovely.

2015. Solid, well-made Cabernet. Good fruit without too much over extraction or oak, but a bit short on the finish.

Had at Le Cellier in EPCOT. Vineyard is owned by Walt Disney’s daughter. Enjoyed with New York strip.
