口に入れた時にすぐに味がしないのはなんでだろう……オイリー？なわけないんだけどそんな印象。
相変わらず細かな気泡が目立つ。
時間経ったらそうでもないか。後味が軽い刺激合って複雑。
塩味強目の生ハムとチーズのサラダには合いました。

クセなく柔らかくて美味しいという印象。全然尖りがなくて、シャルドネらしさありあり。

We're pretty picky about chards and this is a good one. Flavors are nicely blended, creamy and muscle lily oaky.
