Nov 13th, 20222024/7/7-9. This is a tricky one. I’ve adored Bize’s wines for years, but this was the first time I remember a wine being this overtly “natural” - in this case, it’s the tart plum, slightly volatile style. Brambly berry fruit peeks out here and there, but I can help feeling this is a case of the winemaking creating sameness.
