Just For the Love of It Syrah

Excellent and intense. A bit ott but just on the right side. Very pure and powerful fruit. Oak just in check.

Bright cherry, lifted fruit. Big oak. A but shrill, alcoholic and simple compared to the others alongside

Still a 10 out of 10. 100pts. Had to finally have it before it is no more. Mandated makes art every year and its a one and done. Just for the love of it blows away midnight oil still. Lots of smoke and smoked meat with a bit of mentholated finish. This will still last a while and so privileged to have tried. Astonishing. Thank you krankls.

Black cherries, smoked meat, burnt Caramelized sugar, 90 + second finish

2002. Good time to drink it, but there is no rush.

Nose of brown sugar and Madeira, super long finish, plush dark cherry fruit

Back on the nose, really fine and structured tannins. Well balanced on the alc.

Shocked how much I like this bottle, a gorgeous new world Syrah. Deep mineral and berry nose and very balanced, it's extremely impressive.
