black raspberry, black cherry, bing cherry. a bit of...peat. very subtle vanilla. smells like it’s going to be rich! and it is. medium + acid, richly flavored fruity palate kept lively by acid. This was wonderful with an Ethiopian berbere lamb dish. surprise perfect pairing.
