Sneak peek tasting note: this cold-climate Sonoma Coast Chardonnay is bright and refreshing with plenty of citrus and minerality. There's some peach mingling with the citrus notes, and a hint of creaminess. The flavors are so light and refreshing, yet there's a substantial mouthfeel that you only get by letting the Chardonnay age on its lees with weekly stirring. The oak is very balanced in this Chardonnay, and doesn't overpower the delicate fruit flavors, but instead it simply adds a layer of complexity while still letting the fruit shine. This has the makings of summertime sipping at its finest!

Perfectly balanced, beautiful color, touch of oak touch of butter. Still has beautiful notes of grapefruit. An excellent Chardonnay

Pale greenish gold, refreshing acidity balanced by ML, and neutral oak I guess. Eating aged Gouda and it's going together very well!
