This is a delightful wine! Medium-minus body, ripe fruit, low acid, & easy to drink. Notes of red fruit juice, purple fruit, smooth raisin, bread pudding, & very subtle clove. Fruit-forward. Port without the cloying sweetness or sticky, viscous body.

Nice taste but the after bite is quite strong, dry and not great.

Had the 2020 in October of 2022. Got this for $8.99 at Total Wine. Didn’t rock my world but thought that the price point gave me a totally drinkable smooth red wine. I honestly would buy this again because it was totally drinkable but not fantastic.

A lot going on all at once.

Nothing special. It had a 90+ Best Buy tag Not for me.
