Moderately concentrated salmon color. Salty and mushroomy on the first whiff. Subdued melon and banana notes came after. Vegetal and herbal on the palate and finish. Medium bodied, rich and round.

Very light, barely perceptible Rose. No ooff flavors, but not interesting either.

Not bone dry Provençal style, just a hint of sweetness but super refreshing watermelon sweet, not cloying strawberry sweet. Hence, into it ☺️
