This is actually Syrah. Great stuff. On PnP, it’s all about the savory olive, bacon fat, tar and cracked pepper with zippy dark fruit, and a pleasing finish. It reminded me more of a northern Rhône than California in feel. After 2-3 hours started to shut down some.
