Quite simply the best pinotage I've ever had. Beautiful lighter purple color with notes of wild strawberries, cherries, dried rose petals, and tarry earth. The palate is more of the nose, but with more black pepper and tomato leaf/tobacco leaf. This vintage is one for the ages as far as pinotage is concerned.
