Holler Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

At first a little tight and acidic, but decant and the wine opens beautifully😀 The Nose has notes of dark cherry, blackberry, cassis, and cedar. The taste blackberry jam, red currant, and earth. Perfect with our Gorgonzola burgers👍

Black cherries, currants, pineapple. Wonderful palette and better, lingering finish.

Yum. And less than $25. Winning!

This was a good surprise from WA. Strong and fruity.

Full-bodied, slightly jammy, a little smoky and very rich on the nose. Great with filet mignon!
