This is a rich layered wine. Flavors of pepper, spice and dark fruit. Really like this wine at 60 + degrees. Found this wine on clearance and I don't know why. Would buy again and I do recommend this wine.

One of my favorite wines of the night. Still packed quite a punch for the vintage, even after being left out for a few hours. Absolutely stunning wine. Still is a bit hot with alcohol but a lovely wine.

The structure calms down somewhat in day three, leaving a very pure expression of Syrah and Red Mountain. Balanced for 15.1 and I don't say that lightly..:

Enjoyed with steak and veggie stir fry, excellent flavor, bold fruit with light spice at the end. Not overpowering but not weak. Sparkman fan.
