WINEMAKER'S NOTES: Shorter fermentation time allowed us to capture all of the fruit character and reduce the tannins. This was just okay. I didn’t dislike it, but it had a very passive palette and just didn’t do much for me. Would drink this with something rich and flavorful that needed the body but not the follow-through – I kept thinking it would go well with Poutine. The label is gorgeous, I was kinda bummed I didn’t like it more.
