The Stag Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

Absolutely no one called this as Paso, very calm and approachable at this youthful stage.

Solid choice to go with a meat dish. Easy on the nose and very solid berry notes at the front.

New to wine. Got the 2021 Cab. Wife and I are enjoying it. Not quite as smooth as some of the others we’ve tried but would definitely buy it again for the price point.

Either I have covid or it doesn’t have much nose. But tastes good.

Slightly fruity, not acidic

Young 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon with black cherry nose with a hint of something sweet. Dark color. Dry on the tongue with soft tannins. Black cherry with notes of spice and wood. A touch of pepper on the finish.

Pretty spicy not too full bodied but a great swallow

Really solid for such a young wine
