Lovely candied redfruits and some floral notes as well, fruit is nicely surrounded by some oak notes, soft tannins, very good acidity, long, lingering finish, very fine Oregon Pinot Noir!!

A tad less intense than the 1998, also dark cherry, a tad softer, probably needs another 5 or so years in the cellar.
