I would give this 30+ minutes to open up. Mild purple color. Massive French influence on the nose; with smoke, leather, clay, and oak. Wine is refined and not really powerful. Contains cherry and candy like flavors. Medium finish. I could drink this all day long, and I'm surprised it has 14.5% OH as it feels much lower and tamer.
