Flint and gunpowder hits me first. There's also a bit of citrus in the nose. Lots of lime on the palate.

A lot of acidity from lemon & apples; pepperish and high in minerals.

Sour citrus, unripe kiwi, mineral and some sulphur appear. Huge white pepper note on the palate, green apples and goose berry. Would not have guessed riesling. Interesting stuff!
