2012 - Low acidity, but lots of minerality that goes towards saltiness that gives the wine freshness as the wine also has body, a certain roundness and some hints of butter and oak. There is a slightly bitter note reminding of oil from citrus peel and a little nuttiness that beings complexity. In the fruity flavors are pear, apricot and a nice yellow flowery touch. Long aftertaste with some grounded white pepper.

The wine is perfect for a viognier but I just dont like it. For me it lacks freshness. The surplus in flowers make it heavy. Too heavy for my personal liking.
