Gosh wasn’t expecting to but it’s still hanging in there, just at the edge with yellow golden color and oxidized but not overly so. Perfect with food.

Jul 25th, 2025Nice golden color. Fragrant nose of lemon and citrus with sense of cream. Good balance of acid oak and fruit on palate, with that CA burst of richness but in harmony. Finish on the acidic side. Nicely aged, not sure if I ever tasted it younger. Felt a bit off kilter on day 3 after a Fevre Chablis tasting at JL.
