Fort Ross Vineyard Pinot Noir 2019

First-rate #sonomacoastpinot #fortross producer so I could not pass up the WTSO special offer price on this fairly recent vintage. Seems to open up after a day or two in the wine fridge. Delicate nose of dried rose petal and cherries, medium bodied mouthfeel. Delicious wine but their Sea Slope Sonoma Coast lower tier offering was just as good with higher QPR. — a month ago

Sea Slopes Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir 2021

Cloudy garnet color promises the vitality and exuberance of unfiltered #pinotnoir. Ripe cherry, red bramble fruit, strawberry. High-toned acidity on the palate, layered red fruit carries through. Irresistible #sonomacoast bottle that disappears quickly. — 4 months ago

Fort Ross-Seaview Chardonnay 2021

Pale yellow, looks inviting. Beautiful nose with some stone fruit, pineapple, and banana. Medium bodied, maybe on the light side. Drinks simply, more tropical fruit notes and light crisp acidity. Not a powerful wine but one with a good expression and a refreshing palate. — 2 months ago
