Cauliflower base pizza in the background. Sterling is another old fave of ours, but wifey is not quite feeling this tonight - but I am.
Nose displays dust, walnuts and oak. Mid-palate is nice and complex. Barrel toast shines through, along with overripe Cherries and brown sugar. Moderate acidity finished what I think is a complete package.
