Pepper, tar, mocha on the nose. Somewhat sweet with a long finish of vanilla, peppers and nutmeg. Makes me think of Christmas, in Mexico.

Not as creamy chocolatey as when first released a few months ago. Thinner, showing more of the Mexican chocolate spice. Balancing the heat with cookies & fudge.
