Pale straw color but would not characterize as oxidized in the least. Subdued nose of lemon apple and slight butterscotch. Mouth-filling fruit pear apple green grape and balanced acidity. Another amazing showing of this unique Chardonnay, the true to form winemaking in a Burgundian style and the terroir of Spring Mountain. Love it and will hold other bottles for future enjoyment

Quite classical and restrained (non malo) which emphasizes the stone and tropical fruit. Like the label says, a great food wine.
