This is about as elegant and “French” style a Zin as one can get. Nose has rich but restrained blackberry, a Bordeaux like cedar note, cassis, maple or hickory syrup, and a crushed stone thing. Concentrated but tidily-structured. This has the understated structure and coiled nature to last quite a while.
