Mar 28th, 2018Now we're talking. This is the shit. Serious Garganega from the Veneto that I'd love to see people approach this blind. Super floral, earthy/slightly truffled, hay/honey, mineral, like that of a river bed, preserved lemon, white peach, candied pineapple. Glossy like texture, with serious backing of acidity and slightly salty. Lees at play here I'm sure, but I doubt any battonage. Length is so subtle, yet so lengthy too.

Wow! Is this Italian?! Freaking amazing. Beautiful earthy notes but not sharp at all. Amazing citrus and buttery flavours with a clean finish
