Great flavor. Can really taste the apricot and honeysuckle. Paired with a red beet pasta and pesto sauce. Added chorizo sausages for some additional flavors. Would really enjoy this wine with fish. I enjoyed the flavors. Wine is meant to be paired with food.

Has a sweet impression that lacks acid for balance. Smooth without tannin but this is not a good thing. More a sipping wine than one for any food besides a simple sautéed fish.
