Nose is all pith. Stone fruits, huge minerals, palate is complex, deep, long, very pure, very clean, stunning depth. But needs air. Sugar snap peas with air, confectionary, complexity gains with air, white pepper, so so aromatic. Palate is young but stuffed with fruit and has many savory elements. Pure and clean. What a finish. Long, complex.
