High tannins, acid without ripping your face off. Long dry finish. Another lay down to see how much better it will become.

Traditional end to a beautiful vacation with a powerful Italian wine at Angelina’s Ristorante. Sagrantino is highly tannic, dry, herbaceous. Nose at first opening high on alcohol however if we can give it some time to decant should soften. Yummy!
