Hallmark ripe and lightly candied from Paso, but the fruits from this bottling is so fresh and lively. Smoked meat and light herbs. Very lush palate with fine grained tannins. Too young for complexity yet, but the fruits are tremendous. Panoplie is limited production bottling with higher percentage of Mourvèdre (usually around 70%) than the Esprit de Tablas. Hard to say which one I like better.
