Paso Robles Vermentino

A bigger version- lemongrass, underripe kiwi and citronella, sweet green herbs, green strawberry-- palate has a good amount of creaminess yet finishes light with some pithy bitterness. This is unbelievable stuff for an Italian varietal from Paso. Surprisingly my favorite Tablas white.

A treat. Not Italian in character but a nice dry and citrus like profile going on. So oddly interesting.

Delish

Pale straw color. Citrusy, acidic. Jill's favorite under-the-radar white wine over the last year or two.

Did not disappoint. Italian varietal that, if you believe the good folks at Tablas Creek, was sent by an enterprising employee taking cuttings from the Perrin vines to plant in Paso Robles. Crisp summer white. Medium acidity.

Great wine on a hot day. Love the crisp acidity with a nice mouthfeel. A food wine for sure.

Hazelnut, lemon zest, tart apricot nose. Light to medium weight, great warm weather/aperitif wine. Zesty acidity. Bit of bitterness on finish. Alc is lo, might be a balance issue. Overall, nice, pleasant drinking bev

Crisp, citrus, pineapple, very refreshing and terribly easy drinking. Good thing I only had one bottle!
