Tablas Creek Vineyard
Paso Robles Vermentino
Lovely floral aromas with a bit of brininess and minerality. Nice melon notes and good orchard fruit. Medium length - I'd like a little more acidity but this is clean and refreshing. Great wine with a wide range of foods

Sep 11th, 2018Quarantine means one bottle is not enough... crisp, clean, light bright yellow in color...nice fruit/acid balance... the wine broadens and takes on weight as it warms. No noticeable oak... I really like the white wine program at Tablas...

Jun 2nd, 2018Light straw color, lemon oil and lanolin notes on the nose. Extremely dry. Enough acidity to pucker up. Long, lingering finish. This is my ideal summer quaffer with anything from the sea. Saline notes as it worms up makes it even better. High acid unoaked whites rule the Chicago summer...move over Rose!
