Tried again. Slight pinkish hue. White flowers on nose, med acid, long finish. Very interesting to me. Liked a lot this time

Day 1: Interesting experiment. I can see why it’s used for blending. Very neutral and a little lemony.
Day 2: Really grew on me. Acidity dropped and allowed fruit to come in. Still like lemon but more like lemon custard. I suggest decanting for a bit
