Decanted for 2 plus hours which led to Dark Blueberry and a kick of loganberry with a heart felt punch of eucalyptus finished with mocha notes. This expressive Shiraz led to an awesome valentines night meal, just wish it would have aged another 5+ years. Tannins still haven't mellowed out and it paired nicely with the dry aged steak. Quite impressed Strail-Ya!!
