Tamellini
Le Bine de Costiola Soave Classico Garganega
This is a very enjoyable white wine from Northern Italy. Showing citrus, limes, pears, herbs, rosemary, oil, spices, white pepper and light green apples.
Medium-bodied with medium plus acidity. Crisp and refreshing. Nice complexity with a nice mouthfeel.
Dry on the palate and easy drinking.
Much better when not too cold and
should be even better in a year or two.
Very enjoyable by itself or with food. I paired it with a salmon dip.
12% alcohol by volume.
89 points.

Light yellow in color with a light golden tint.
Pronounced nose of citrus, lemons, peaches, light grass, spices, apricots, red apples and minerals.
Medium-bodied, crisp and refreshing with medium plus acidity.
Dry on the palate with lemons, ripped citrus, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices and white pepper.
Long finish with tangy limes and almonds.
This is a very nice Italian Soave from Veneto. Well balanced with nice complexity, crisp and refreshing.
This three year old is starting to show over ripping flavors on the palate and it is earthier on the palate than on the nose.
I had it with the 2017 vintage. The 2016 is much better, more mature with nicer complexity and paired well with brie cheese.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with cheeses and crackers.
100% Garganega grapes aged in stainless steel vats for 4 months.
