Roble Toro Tinto de Toro

Truly wonderful nose on the first day. Strong with a mix of blackberries, cocoa, peppers, and a hint of a molasses-like scent. This bottle kept my nose in the glass far longer than the average toro. It lost some of the unique characteristics on day two. A little out of balance in the mouth. Very tight tannins without enough acidity or body to keep it in check. The result is a very dry experience that requires the company of savory food.
