This is a very enjoyable Pinot Noir from Napa Valley. Easy drinking and spicy with red and blue fruits, oak, red candy, vanilla, licorice, light alcohol, tobacco, light vegetables, spices and peppercorn.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity and long legs.

Dry on the palate and well balanced with nice complexity and mouthfeel.
Loved the nose too.

Still young, but very enjoyable now. I need to try it again in 5 years.

I paired it with a charcuterie board of meats and cheeses.

Aged in French oak barrels for 11 months.

91 points.

14.75% alcohol in volume.

$60.

Teachworth Winery Los Carneros Pinot Noir 2018, Napa Valley, California

Ruby in color with a wide reddish rim and medium intensity.

Strong nose of black currants, cooked raspberries, cherries, oak, vanilla, licorice, cloves, dark chocolates, celery, coffee, peppercorn, herbs, tobacco leaf and spices.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity and very gentle.

Dry on the palate with blueberries, cherries, red currants, oak, smoke, light vegetables, pencil lead, tobacco, peppercorn, coffee, herbs and light wet leaves.

Medium plus on the finish with fine grained tannins and red chili powder.

This is an impressive Pinot Noir from Napa Valley. Showing nice complexity with a soft mouthfeel. Gentle and elegant.

Nicely balanced and still young, although very enjoyable right now. A little hot right now and I'd love to try it again in 3 years.

I let it open in the glass, and after 15 minutes it came to itself. I enjoyed the tangy spicy finish.

Nice to sip on all by itself or with food. I paired it with Brie cheese and crackers.

Aged for 11 months in neutral French Oak barrels. A small production of only 175 cases.
