Sedimentation layered in the bottle. Decanted for about an hour beaming with minerals and butterscotch. Lovely backbone of spiced pear and nutmeg that tickles the throat. Bright yet balanced with a slight creamy texture. Finish is one of the longest I've experienced in a Cali Chardonnay, honey, full bodied and smoke.
