Needed more time to air out. Cherry, hints of cocoa/coffee. Dry and tannic. Perfect with Vicias short rib with jus and hasselbach potatoes.

Nose of intense blackcurrant, dark chocolate, rum. Palate of dark berries, soil, leather, full body and medium acidity and finish. Really nice with meat.
