Apr 11th, 2017Unfortunately, two of my three bottles were corked. The one that was not was as delicious as can be. There's a reason this wine is written about so lavishly in wine journals - it's epic. Goes very well with heavy pasta and red meat dishes. Perfect with osso buco or other rich meals, but also at home with poultry. Reminded me of the versatility of a solid Pinot but perhaps more robust. I wish all three had been so great!
