2005 Tenuta Settie Ponti Oreno Toscana

Our New Year wine is 2005 Tenuta Sette Ponti Oreno Toscana. After 17 years, the wine is still vibrant and strong. The tannins are still present but have mellowed. A wonderful glass of wine having a great balance between the fruits and the soft acidity.

新年最初のワインは、2005年Tenuta Sette Ponti Oreno Toscana、スーパータスカンブレンドを開けてみました。17年の時を経ても、生き生きと力強い。タンニンは感じるがほどよく柔らかい。フルーツと柔らかな酸の素晴らしいバランスが心地よいワイン。力強くもしなやかに変化できる年にしたい。

Although this could use another 5 years of age it is wonderful now. The merlot mouth feel balanced with the Sangiovese and Cab is perfect. Big wine but with background subtlety of oak cedar and dark fruit. Love it!

Chewy and dense, this wine is intense with tart fruit. A bit one dimensional. Somewhat overpowering and heavy. Shared with Jerry Seinfeld. No big deal
