Usually South American Cab is straight Green Pepper, this is Not that Cab. It is well balanced, nice tannins, cherry, a little inky, but a steal at the price🇦🇷

Robust and sophisticated, overwhelming of power (still very young) CS!
Vibrant deep dark cherry red, ruby red rim.
Predominance of pepper and menthol first, supported by red berries. Turns to cassis and saskatoon, earthy notes with cherry, bilberry jam, wet bark, prunes and cappuccino hint.
Tends to be full-bodied in mouth, with good balance and incipient complexity. Broad tannins.
Black currant, roasted almond, smoky blackthorn, wild cherry, cappuccino foam, gentle touch of oak.
Slowly fading finish of cassis amd smoked leather.
Pairing: grilled pepper steak.
Needs roughly 1.5h of decanting.
