Great opening scent, also slight pepper scent. Strong initial taste, but yet velvet end. Perfect for lamb!

$15 right bank Bordeaux from TJ's. 14.5 alcohol, bright fruit acid and tannins. Black fruit, plum, mint, eucalyptus. All the makings of something good, but overly acidic and meh. Worth it? No.

Trader joes. $15. Medium viscosity. Fragrant. Plum. Oaky. Smooth. Quite easy to drink with some complexity. Great after taste but short-lasting. Great for casual drinking / beginners.
