Funky wild blackberries, black plum skin, dried savory herbs, tobacco, a hint of barnyard and fresh soil, some carbonic juiciness, light body/dark flavors, a little fizzy. Served chilled. Makes me want prosciutto.

Light bodied. Local variety called Mavro Kalavrytino. Served slightly chilled. Earthy with spicy and botanical notes. Juicy with a serious finish.

Pretty cool wine. Very natural and funky. Dark fruit and some Brett. Light and clean. A little short on the finish.

First time with this rare Greek red grape. It’s very French. Sort of reminds me of a cote de Rhône. Very dry but tasty. Earth, clay, and currants.
