My first taste of this native Greek white grape. Lemony golden color. Lemon is also the dominant aroma and flavor of this wine. Additional notes of white flowers, nuts and honey. Crunchy minerality and a bit of saline on the long and creamy finish. Possibly some lees aging? Bright acidity and a bit of effervescence. A bit sharp right out of the bottle (possibly a bit oxidated) but the wine softened quickly. Interesting. — 3 years ago
Great desert wine that is thick in the mouthfeel but not too sweet. Bought at The Old World Wine Bistro. — 5 years ago
Tetramythos Winery Rizes Agiorgitiko - Delicious, full of red and black fruit, with a spicy finish and a hint of baking spice. Really great crowd pleasing and versatile wine — 6 years ago

Floral, white peach. A nice balance of fruitiness and acidity. Eminently drinkable on a nice warm day. Kind of reminds me of Vinho Verde. — 2 years ago
A very smooth dry wine. Light in body. Very different from most of the other dry Cabs I have drunk — 4 years ago
Really liked this bottle bought it for $24 at a restaurant . Solid in my view - structure, acidity and nothing weird it over ripe about this . Organic and from Greece which was a nice surprise — 5 years ago
Very drinkabale and delicious before and during dinner, Valentine’s Day. The Cheese Shop of Salem. — 5 years ago
This overtly surprisingly good for any Greek natural wine I’ve tried. Lotsa Stoney terroir, funky but just polished enough to be so damn enjoyable on its own or with some poultry or grilled fish or whatever. Have it! — 6 years ago

Saturday lunch with friends in Nikoklia village, Paphos, Cyprus. 100% Roditis (grape predominantly found in Peloponise, southern mainland Greece) with 1kg of pine resin every 1000 lt of grape juice. Of which it is then fermented in amphorae. Then a small amount of Roditis is added to the mix in order to maintain the wine, Retsina is a wine by tradition.
I find it to be possibly the best there is in the market, with a fruity element and finess, not to mention THE BEST VALUE FOR MONEY, based on the quality.
Bravo Panagioti for producing such a wine!!!!!! — 11 years ago

Greek wine evening, wine #5
Reminiscent of a Cerasuolo di Vittoria, chalky, dried, dusty cherries with a healthy pinch of dried herbs and this lovely earthy character.
Surprisingly light in the palate, with lovely acidity, pure light cherries and lively character.
This is so nice - so drinkable, with great interesting edges all around. Brilliant! — 5 years ago
Lovely nose, honey orange blossom, golden syrup, poached pear in sugar syrup, pear tatin, ripe guava. There’s also some background notes of bay leaf and cardamom.
Palate has a lovely succulence with ripe, juicy citrus fruit and clay pot tannin. — 5 years ago
