Mise En Place Cabernet Sauvignon

Delightful

Tried this beside the Reserve du Dumas. The reserve is definitely a more refined cab all around. But this Mise drinks very well now. Strong tannins and acidity matching ripe red and black fruit, minerality. A fine wine at a very nice price.

Black cherries, black and blue berries just ripe. Smooth well integrated tannins. Drinking pretty well right now. Nice long finish.

Wonderful pairing with Ribs

Opens up very well. Berries. Smooth right out of the gate.
