This is a bottle to drink upon opening. I felt that it lost the smooth earthy flavor the longer it was open. It was very reflective of the region it comes from.

Effervescent — lemon, white peach, nectarine. Very well balanced acid, mineral notes, and fruit. Delicious.

Very light but more flavor than your typical Pinot Gris. Good for a very hot sunny day

Holy crap this is tasty!

What a wonderful summer sipper! Enjoying this at the Little Bitterroot Lake in Montana with my family. Great times!

Fresh citrusy nose with hints of white flowers, pear, and chalk.
Med body with bright, nearly effervescent crunchy acidity.
Chalky lemon forward with some grassy green pepper hints as well as 🍐/🍏 .

Wonderful OR PG!

Great kickoff to beach vacation. Grilled red snapper with tropical fruit salsa. Great stand alone as an aperitif or with fresh fruit, salad course or a simple fish preparation (basil, garlic, olive oil). Verges on tropical & citrus but also green apple and mineral finish.
