Tight but good. Nose has resiny cherries, pine forest floor, and a little baking spice. Crisp and flavorful, not complex by any stretch, but nice with marinated charcoal grilled chicken.

Beautiful balance here. Fragrant zingy but sappy/resiny cherry fruit, gravelly earth, spice. Deeply flavored, woodsy earthiness and cherry ooze, and shot through with a gravelly minerality. Long, clingy finish and great acids throughout. Needs to be open about an hour to start strutting. At under $20, great value.
