North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon

Ummm, yuck.

Fruity and not very dry. Not very full bodied for a cab. Pleasant enough as an everyday wine. Low tannins. Plum and cherry notes.

Solid cab. Great traditional flavor notes at a fantastic price point.

Paired wonderfully with Ribeyes

This was purchased from the resort’s shop 🤷🏻‍♂️ Spiced and stewed cherries, cherry cobbler and asphalt. Rather poor, bitter finish.

Vibrant color. Spice and oak. Little abrasive at first but mellows.

More enjoyable and sweet the second time after left for a few hours to oxidize

Wouldn't buy again.
